I just got off the phone with them to tell them out of 69 homes that have sold or on market from 5/29/18 to 8/29/18, 4 of them are ranked as High in their system which are the ones I pay for them to market to. Seems their data is incorrect. Then when I sent them my data to verify they say it's invalid as I did not supply them with city, state, ad zip. Why would I send data in other areas? Crazy how 69 address are the same in another area. That's just an excuse to stall. 5 days later still no response from their support team. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Biggest HOAX in the real estate industry.

If i can give no star, i will give no star. Just wasted entire year and some money with them. they say they will manage Facebook ads. but entire year, not one lead from Facebook. after one year contract, I downgraded service to use their landing pages only. the landing pages went down every week and I have call them to and another week to recover. and after 3 months using that landing page, i have watch it daily to see if it is working or down. Just moment ago, I found out they just changed their mind and telling me my landing page not longer showing my brand. I called, they say that I didn't pay enough to have service call. and my landing page should be without my brand because I didn't pay enough. I tested my landing page, that not only no showing my brand also not sending lead to me. i PAID ONE YEAR LANDING PAGE Subscription in advance now they refuse to provide any service. Only I left is to access their website but can't doing anything. And they refuse refund.

I am an experienced Real Estate Broker who has signed up for many programs over the years. This has been the worst investment to date. I don't say that lightly and this is the only company in recent years that I have taken the time to review so negatively. I was made assurances that were not kept and I want to strongly urge any potential prospect to think twice before committing to this program.
