Got gas quick and on my way

Feedback:

The people are friendly and accommodating, the work is great. However I had some issues that shouldn’t have happened, and enough of them to warrant a lower score.1 - When I called for info on getting a wrap for my truck, someone picked up the phone, talked to their coworker for about 2 minutes (I could hear this), then hung up - never actually answered the phone. Then I called back and was put ‘on hold’, but hung up on again. I waited a couple of days and called again, and got through, requested info, but never got a return call. I had to call back. That’s four telephone calls for basic information.2 - They’re great with meeting outside of office hours and helping with design and color choices! When we were going over my vehicle graphics, I pointed out areas of concern because of some slight surface rust. I was told it was no big deal. I waited weeks to get in to the shop. They waited nearly the entire day before telling me that I needed to fix the rust before they could apply the graphics, kicking the project out another 4 weeks. Could have been avoided with a more thorough look in the beginning, and any issues would have been able to be corrected before the originally scheduled appointment.3. When I dropped off the truck the second time, I confirmed that it would take one day or they would call. Never called. Toward end of day we called them, was told at first that they needed an additional day. Then it became a firedrill for them, having everyone stay late to work on it (which seems very nice, but odd). Got a call at 8pm that it was finished.4. Following day I picked up the truck, only to find that the rocker panels weren’t covered as discussed, and the extra strips requested from scrap were not saved for me. Further, I signed for pickup, but didn’t get a copy of the invoice stating paid in full. Was told that would be emailed to me on the following day. THAT didn’t happen.Would I go back? Maybe. But I’d adjust my expectations downward, allowing for personalities and poor communication within the team.``
