I must say im very impressed, Mrs Stevens is handling a case for me and like i said im very impressed Mrs Stevens is very easy to deal with and I've yet to here a bad thing about her. And you can bet if she takes your case on she will do everything she can to get you the very best outcome.

They need to train their phone staff to be more pleasant! I've never had a speeding ticket in my life, let alone in NC. I paid $463 by phone only to be spoken to rudely when I asked questions - I called another attorney and was quoted less and had a more pleasant experience. Needless to say, I called back and requested a refund - they lost me as a client.

I hired Tim Smith to take care of a speeding ticket for me and I was very satisfied with his services. The office staff was very friendly and helpful and Mr. Smith was able to save me money on my insurance by getting my ticket handled appropriately. I would definitely use them again.

While their services may not be less than par, you have to make it past their receptionist, Claudia, whom I sure is costing them business. I am unclear as to whether they are aware that her interpersonal skills leave a bit to be desired, but she has succeeded in driving away clients who wish to retain the services of Timothy Smith and Melissa Stevens. We never even got to speak to the attorneys, and Claudia's poor interpersonal skills and communication are primarily to blame. She is both impolite and condescending, two traits that make it seem the firm she represents is unwelcoming to its clients. We will seek counsel elsewhere...
