I give them one star because I had dropped my order off on November 5th and January came and hadn’t heard anything back so I emailed them asking what the deal was and they had emailed me and said they forgot about my order and was starting it that day which was January 2. We went to pick up the order (finally) and not only did they not cut us a deal for taking so long and forgetting but they up the charge of the shirts. When confronted about this issue, the man at the counter was very unprofessional and used fowl language toward my husband and I so we don’t recommend this place to anyone. Our experience was a nightmare.
