So glad I found them! I was afraid to release the only copy of a cassete tape of my deceased grandfather sharing family history. I'm so glad I did! It was one of the best gifts I've ever been able to share with my family, and was enjoyed by so many. Thank you for giving us the gift of access to our family story.

I’ve used a few other services to transfer my audio cassettes, but once I found Smooth Photo Scanning Services I stopped looking. They do excellent work at a reasonable rate and do it quickly. Professional, prompt, courteous and they answered ALL my questions. I mailed (from FL to NJ) 21 albums (3 ring binders) loaded with pictures + tons of loose pics and stuff. It felt like recreating my life for the past 50 years. They handled everything and the communication during and after the process was seamless. This was one major headache for me to pull together but they handled my Project and Me with kid gloves. Even delivering my albums to a friend in CT so I could pick them up at my convenience in the fall. I highly recommend their service and I would definitely use them again. Quality was excellent

Exceptional service and great value. These guys answered all my questions very patiently over both email and phone and gave me the confidence I needed to part with my precious photos. The process was totally painless and extremely fast, with my photos coming back with great quality in only a few days. I really appreciated Brandon going above and beyond as well and personally emailing me my download link when the original email went to spam. Would highly recommend and use again for all future projects.

They converted a reel of 16mm home movies from the 1940's for me to a digital file and DVD, all on-site. Great quality, and great work!! Will use again!

I highly recommend Smooth Photo Scanning Service. I was not initially satisfied with the digitized results of my more than 1100 slides. After discussing my dissatisfaction with Brandon, he said he would be happy to rescan the slides at no additinal charge. I volunteered to pay him an extra fee but he would would not accept it. The rescanned slides showed an 100% improvement. I was impressed with his extra effort to satisfy me. Brandon has proven that he is honest and trustworthy and will walk the extra mile to satisfy his customers
