If I do not know everything they take the time to explain whats going. I love the video overviews.

What would you change about the experience?

Nothing at the moment. If I have concerns they are directly and promptly addressed. I think its really cool when they send the videos.

Overall Feedback:

Been working with Snap SEO out of Canada for about six months now on local SEO for my plumbing business. Honestly I didn't know much about SEO going in and I still don't know everything, but they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Not in a condescending way, just straight answers when I had questions. The 24/7 reporting dashboard they set up means I can check in whenever I want instead of waiting for a monthly email that may or may not tell me anything useful. My phone calls from Google Search have noticeably increased, I'd say about double compared to before we started. One thing I'll say is it took a couple weeks at the start to get everything set up, which I wasn't fully expecting, but once things were running it's been solid. No hidden fees, everything was laid out from the start. Would work with them again.

How long does it normally take to see results?

Normally we don't see results for 10 weeks after your first months campaign is completed. This is the average refresh time for Google to update their listings.
