It's awesome to be able to get something besides pizza delivered. The delivery fee isn't too bad, but I've found that they tend to forget the little things like ranch, katsup, etc. Still, it's a great service.

Ordered from snappyeats, my first and last time. I had to come pick it and the food is cold. Cant complain to restaurant because it's not their fault. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE not to use this service. I should've just used grubhub

I've been using this site for years now to find food in my area, I've never had a problem with them and actually prefer the layout visually in comparison to other sites.

I was going to order delivery one evening, around 6pm to be exact, but their website wasn't working, so I called and got a recording that they close at 5pm. Their website says 8pm, not sure what was going on, but closing before dinner time makes no sense.

Ordered Al Amoura the other day for lunch at my office and everything came on time and as ordered. Friendly service, even got all my extra dressings on the side!

I am disappointed to see they are increasing the Delivery fee to $5.99 on some restaurants with no logic as to why.. Am also starting to see more delivery errors in the orders that are delivered. Becoming easier to just pick it up myself.

When I want food delivered, SnappyEats is my go to. They're the best IMHO hands down out of all the delivery services around. They have the cheapest delivery price & if I have any problems at all, they are on it. Delivery drivers have been fast and food is hot & in great condition. They also send more emails with discounts such as free delivery than any other food delivery service. I keep coming back, so all I can say 8s that I hope they keep up the great job they're doing!

A lot of the time the website doesn't work BUT their customer service is AWESOME!! I love it when they run specials. They've added more restaurants and are looking at expanding areas to deliver. (Hopefully by my work).
