-40 is my true review. this "delivery" company is 100% completely worthless. despite multiple attempts online an in person they refuse to deliver anything to my apartment without a signature despite how insignificant the delivery. i pay for delivery and they refuse to provide the service. the -40 is a negative 5 stars for every failed delivery in the last 8 months. they are no better than an amazon holding box. if there was a way to request another delivery option other than ups through amazon i would 100% request it. the worst service i have ever received from any delivery company any where i have ever lived and i have lived in 7 different states.
