Truly an amazing experience. In transitioning from a difficult situation with my previous web person, Jamie made this the most pleasant experience, had all the right resources, and helped me tremendously before I ever paid him a dime. He won my business by being patient, kind, and understanding of the fact that I knew nothing. He continues to help me with gaining knowledge of the mysterious web-related items that once overwhelmed me. Jamie encourages me to completely understand how to do things (or as completely as I can/want to) so I know what I am paying other people to do. I couldn't be happier with my choice to work with him. The process from concept to completion that was designed by Jamie and his crew was top-notch. Although the project took longer than anyone expected, it was because we at DIS were deliberate in the steps taken to make sure when we went live, the product was what we wanted. In less than a month, I've seen our bounce rate cut literally in half and the time users spend on our site increase by over 30%. Updating content and administering the site is straightforward and easy. And, our site looks terrific. Job well done! I'd recommend SOLID to any individual or firm looking to update or launch their own site.
