Rude staff and disgusting verbal behavior, at least the 3 jerks that I had to deal with over the phone. I was stunned by these 3 crude youngsters and the vulgar language one of them used. This is my personal opinion about the terrible encounter I had with them over email and over the phone; several times, not just once...
