Great company to work with, awesome staff. Farid, the CEO, is one of the most ethical person I've ever worked with, essentially a man of integrity and makes sure that his business reflects the same. Customer satisfaction is the absolute priority and never fears to go any lengths to deliver the most awesome experience. KUDOS to the team.

Incredibly disappointing and misleading. This company advertised themselves as, and claimed to be specific to dental offices. I had been a customer for years while they hosted our dental practice's website, with little no improvement, EVER, on google's rankings. I finally made the decision to see what other companies offer and I was told by multiple website hosts that not only were they not keeping our content current enough for google to rank us decently, but they did not include much of any of the specific coding and words required for google to recognize us as relevant or even a dental practice in most searches. Couple this with the AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, and you couldn't make a worse decision. My email address was hacked, I had to beg and call and send email after email with call and call to get anyone at Solution 21 to make the necessary corrections for my emails not to be blocked by other servers. Even after months of me asking and following up they had still never taken the necessary actions and I went months unable to use my company email. Not to mention, anytime I wanted to make a change to my website they wanted to charge me. Do yourself a favor and look around- there are companies that actually keep your content current, review your status monthly, monitor your listings, and keep you relevant as a PART of their services. Don't settle for terrible service with fees for content updates that they should be handling for you in the first place.
