Overall Feedback:

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gave Solutions on Demand my sons 18 month old custom built pc to clean at a cost of £65. It was returned not working. They then charged me £45 to replace the hard drive which they had damaged and had the audacity to tell me they gave it to me at “almost cost”. The pc was returned to them a further 4 times until it was finally resolved. A member of staff was seriously rude to myself and my son and I was told “he was having a bad day”! The IT Director repeatedly ignored requests for his comments in writing via email. This company are an absolute disgrace.
