I would highly recommend Solweb Ltd, for their bespoke software solutions and customer service.Their quote for writing bridging software from our MRP system to Xero was very competitive and after a period of running the tests required to ensure the software was working perfectly they delivered before the contract due date.On the occasions when I have contacted accounts / software engineers I have have had immediate acknowledgement of my email or phone call and a solution.

Regardless of what your software requirements are, there are some things that all businesses require. The product itself has to be of high quality, ideally optimised for the organisation using it, stable, reliable, and support should be easily contactable should the need arise. Solweb created a quoting system for us at Luxonic approximately 8 years ago and I am very happy to state that these guys tick all those boxes and more. On the odd occasion when we have an issue, there is always someone to talk to at the end of the phone and issues are dealt with quickly and without fuss. Its an added bonus that the people at Solweb you have to communicate with are nice people!

We engaged Solweb nearly 10 years ago to provide a bespoke QC database system which link into and communicate with our central Production Management System. Today the system does so much more for us; automated e-mailing of Product Specifications and Certificates of Analysis supporting product sales, through to the production of product stock labels, stock location management, multi departmental notifications of QC test submissions and QC test results. The list goes on....! The system has paid for itself many times over since it was first introduced. Problems are encountered very rarely, but when they do occur their efficient Help and Support desk usually resolves them in a matter of hours. I highly recommend Solweb if you are looking to make your organisation's operations more efficient, economical and reliable.

We have used SolWeb on a number of occasions over the past years to mobilise and unlock information contained in our ERP system.The team at Solweb have an understanding of a real working environment so were able to process and make suggestions to enhance our initial requirements. As a result we now have a suite of real-time applications providing several departments with information from our ERP system which is presented in such a way that brings efficiencies and clarity to our daily operating routines.Would definately recomend.

Systech Illinois is a global manufacturer of Moisture, gas and Oxygen analysers. We have worked with SolWeb on many projects to help us enhance our internal data analysis and our interface to Sales and Distributors around the world. Systech Illinois is continuously analysing Booking and Shipment data and SolWeb helped to develop a report that interfaces with our ERP system (123 Insight). This reports presents clear data in seconds allowing for instant analyses. Another project that Solweb has implemented at Systech Illinois is the Price list Web Portal. The Web Portal enables the Sales team and distributors around the world to access a centrally controlled price portal in various currencies. The price portal is easy to maintain and again extracts data from the ERP system.We have found SolWeb very professional, a company that quickly understood our requirements and was quick to quote.
