Local photographer here! I booked this studio for a boudoir session I had and the models were soo excited! They loved the space and it was exactly what we were looking for! The glam area was perfect for the hair/mua (as well as cute candids) and the seating area was great for getting all of our props together and chilling out for a minute in between takes. The only tricky part was finding parking, but luckily, a spot opened up right in front of the studio when I got there! I will most definitely be coming back for future shoots!!

Very beautiful place! Got everything you need and the booking process is really easy. It locates in a beautiful building and the studio is also beautiful and professional. Best shooting place in Boston.

So this place was the best !!!! I was looking for a studio because all the other ones in Boston were weird till I came across this one. I called and Lilly was really nice and also gave me a special discount which was definitely needed. She also stay in contact with and was always available when i needed her. I would definitely be returning back for future shoots. Also the studio is really clean and well kept and there's a great stero there and good backdrops. The only thing the freight elevator doesn't work which made it a pain in a** but hey she still took the time out to help figure it out. Thank you Somerville studios I will be seein you very soon !

The cyclorama studio was 100% what I was looking for. It's definitely a smaller space, but perfect for around 3-4 people if filming a dance project, which is what I filmed ! Will definitely come back again. Especially, for the rooftop when it gets a little warmer out :)

Loved this studio. Well kept and offered a variety of different lighting and backdrop options. The building is also beautiful which you are also allowed to shoot in. They were also right there when I needed assistance for a minor inconvenience. 10/10 will be back soon.

Fantastic studio with amazing staff. I rented the studio for a corporate video shoot and the staff bent over backwards to make sure all of our needs were met and my clients were thrilled. 100% will always rent from them. Thank you!

Somerville Studios was exactly as advertised. The space was clean, had nice facilities for changing, had ample flash equipment, and comfortable seating for observers. Having a nice stool readily available was also super helpful. I would encourage those booking in the summer to bring a fan. The space can get a bit warm and this can cause models to sweat. I would definitely reserve the space again!
