This was a terrible experience and the worst business I've dealt with. I later learned from speaking with another product development company that Carl is known for working on medical devices but doing poor work and doesn't deliver (your project will also be farmed out to a freelancer). Save yourself the headache (and your money) and look for a company that actually knows what they are doing.

From the start Carl (Sonos) was attentive and worked with me to develop my current product. He is always responsive and willing to share his knowledge on developing a product. Carl was excited as much as I was about my idea and that felt good knowing he was truly interested. I'm still working with Sonos and plan to in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about Sonos Product Development. Carl TenBrink and his team have exhibited the highest level of professionalism. They are an extremely talented group and with a focus on client service. The deliverables were produced in a timely, professional and courteous manner. On top of all of that, Sonos illustrators, designers and writers are top tier. What an incredibly talented team. I feel lucky to have worked with such a brilliant group of professionals.

What a wonderful company to work with. I have worked with Naomi since April on my doll. She is so professional and trustworthy, which means so much when you're trying something new. The initial design for my doll was beautiful! I'm so grateful that I selected Sonos for my project.

I have been working with Carl for the last couple of months on a toy idea that I've had some several years. Prior to coming to Sonos, I went with another company that talked a lot, but delivered nothing. I was very specific in my vision in my toy and as the project progressed, I had additional revision. Rather then suggest and push a new prototype at additional cost. Carl and team came up with some out of the box solutions and even provided additional ideas that I never thought of in connection with my toy. I'm extremely happy in every way with my dealing with Carl and his team. I would highly recommend his team. It has been night and day between Sonos and the previous company I was working with on this project. I hope to finish strong, but at this point I can't express my satisfaction in words!Thank you Carl and team!! Let's take it home and fantastic work!!!

Carl and his team were fantastic to work with on my toy prototype!! Very communicative, attentive to details, and delivered above and beyond what was promised and anticipated. They made my design both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The process felt like a true collaboration, with lots of pro guidance along the way, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their toy or product concept made into something legit.

I've had the opportunity of working with Sonos on a couple of projects now, and I can't say enough how much I appreciate their input and patience throughout the process. I knew what I wanted, but there were so many additional things I hadn't thought about. It got a bit overwhelming at first, but you can tell they've helped others through these issues many times before. Carl's input and experience was really helpful in getting my design and ideas refined into something that was not only a better prototype, but more affordable for me, which was a big deal because I didn't have an unlimited budget to start with. If you've got an invention idea, or an original product you want to prototype and produce, they are great to work with. Thank you Sonos!
