Overall Feedback:

We have been using SOS Technology Group to look after all of our IT for nearly a year now, and I am most impressed with the service they provide.Back then the reason I went looking for another IT company was we were having issues with our original IT company; issues such as poor reliability (of both them and the equipment they sold us), as well as bad advice (particularly regarding communications). Amazingly before them we had bounced from one bum IT guy to the next, so up until we hooked up with SOS, IT had been a real roller coaster for us costing us many, many thousands of $$$ more than it should have.So I went looking for another provider and was referred to SOS from a friend; I called them up and spoke to Michael and he promptly came out with Nathan and they audited our entire system, physically inspecting and testing all of our equipment and software for things such as security, data backups and performance. When they got back to us with their findings we were horrified to learn that, even though we had paid a lot of money for back up, we had none whatsoever, meaning if we had a catastrophic failure (which evidently happens more than you would think) we would have lost everything; this could have ruined the business! Furthermore, contrary to what we were led to believe, the way the last mob had set up our firewall offered no protection whatsoever from hacking, which left us totally exposed; it turned out that some of the expensive hardware we purchased from them was garbage and didn’t even have a decent warranty.It has been a long, hard slog to get everything up to tip top order, but we can finally have the confidence that our systems are spot on and now everything runs seamlessly (most of the time anyway). I can honestly say that SOS go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we have the smoothest running operation possible; it doesn’t matter how minor our problem or dilemma is, the SOS team get straight onto it and sort out for us and I truly believe they give us the best advice we could get anywhere. If you are after an IT team who you can genuinely trust with everything IT, forget the rest and call the best!
