We hired Leighton and his team for a unique and special project, and he absolutely nailed it. Excellent job. When I started dating my now wife, her father was terminal with leukemia and it was unlikely he would live to walk his daughter down the aisle. A mock wedding was put together. She got a wedding dress and venue, where her daddy walked her down the aisle and did the father-daughter dance with no groom present. We asked Southern Stream if they could make a video of the whole event, and film her Dad giving a special message to a future groom. The idea was to tie everything into her actual wedding, whenever that would be. The story of the mock wedding went viral across the southeast, making newspapers like the Dothan Eagle and some all the way in Atlanta and Ohio.I married her 2 years later after her father passed. Since SSL did such a great job the first time, we did not want anyone else to film our actual wedding day. With no rain in the forecast, it rained out of no where 10 minutes before the outdoor ceremony. Leighton and the SSL team had to set up and take down multiple times due to the rain, and never gave up. They did what was needed to capture the moment perfectly no matter how much extra work it caused them. Leighton even took the time to come talk to me personally and update me on their timeframes after the rain stopped so we were able to avoid any chances of starting the ceremony without everything being ready. The rain cleared and the SSL team filmed the rest of our wedding, capturing every moment. Leighton even edited the mock wedding video in such a way that it was tailored to the sequence of our ceremony. We were able to show the video of my wife’s father walking her down the aisle and the special message at the perfect times. All set up in advance by the SSL team.We got our wedding DVD 2 week’s ago. Leighton and the SSL team did a fantastic job. They tied in scenes from the mock wedding video into the actual wedding video. The video quality was phenomenal and the creativity involved with the editing was superb. I highly recommend Southern Stream Live for any occasion you need captured, but especially if you need something creative and unique like we did. Response times to emails, and inquires were all timely and accurate. This company does high quality work. There is no doubt these guys are pros.

We recently worked with Southern Stream Live at the "Night To Shine" event in our area. This is a major prom style event for people with special needs. We asked the folks from Southern Stream Live to capture video so we could document this wonderful event. They were exceptional! This was a very busy 3+ hour event with numerous activities going on at 2 different locations and they managed to capture incredible video telling the story from that evening. The video was extremely professional and it perfectly captured the whole spirit of the night. In addition, they are just really nice people! We were so glad we were able to partner with them on this. I highly recommend them for your video production needs!
