I have to agree with the other poster here. The communication is awful - poor response times to questions, never mind a proactive communication. They messed up my first job, no apology or empathy that I wasted a lot of time and product due to their error. Zero follow up on when its ready. There are plenty of copy shops around - choose a different one with good customer service.
