Southwest Direct is an amazing nonprofit partner. We are a community college with limited funding and SW Direct always presents us with several options within our budget. We "interviewed" many direct mail companies who wanted to sell us the biggest, best package. SW Direct came in and presented a plan tailored to our organization's needs. We have worked with them for 2 years and have started to see a return on investment and our overall fundraising capacity grow.

Collier County Government experience with this company is outstanding. Very few problems if any. Not only is their production great so are the people who work there. You can call them anytime for anything and they get it done. One of the few contracts I have been involved with that is worry free.

I have worked with Southwest Direct for over 15 years and they have the best prices and service anywhere! I am the Managing Director for The Players Theatre in Sarasota and even though SouthWest Direct is in Ft. Myers, their customer service (especially from our rep Kristine Burns) is unmatched. I highly recommend them!

I have dealt with countless mail houses in the past 20 years. I moved all my business to SW 6 months ago and my ROI has never been better. No nickel-dime crap. They pick up the phone whenever you need them. The creative department creates RESPONSIVE mailers and the mail always hits when they're supposed too (minus blizzards). If you can't make money using SW, you're most likely doing something wrong on your end.

No matter the job size or complexity of the ad we desire they always come through, especially with spectacular design work. Their staff is easy to work with and the turnaround times are exceptional. I highly recommend giving them a chance especially if your current mail house is not living up to your standards.
