While their tubs are beautiful, I’d urge caution buying anything from this company as they will not honor their warranty.I purchased a tub from them in Oct ‘17 for a new house under construction. The home finished in Dec ‘17. The first time we tried to use the tub, it leaked when draining the tub. We assumed the plumbers made a mistake during the install. After sever attempts to replumb the tub, it still leaked when being drained.My plumber and I worked with several people from Spa World’s technical support. Over 15 call between Dec ‘17 - May ‘18, I spoke with many people, including Rudy, Jose, Alex, and James, all of who’ve acknowledged the tub seal is defective when the head pressure is too high. Never the less, and despite a lifetime warranty on the tub, the company refuses to replace the tub.Do yourself a favor and find a different tub, from another manufacturer. If for no other reason than if you do run into problems, you will be less likely to be stuck with a 500lb paper weight.
