I took in my PlayStation 4 Pro because it wasn't displaying on my TV after a heavy storm, I thought it was an HDMI issue.I took it in and Josh looked at it and attempted to find the problem but he found no problems with the ports, and suggested it might be an issue with something on the motherboard. Then I'm told that its better to just buy a brand new console because messing with the motherboard would be throwing money away. So I shipped out my system to a place called Tronicsfix and they were able to easily find the issue and fix it for much less than this place would've fixed($130+tax). I saved myself $300 by going with tronicsfix instead of "buying a new console" like what was recommended. terrible. the only reason I'm not giving this place 0 stars is because Josh himself was very kind and transparent.
