With Sparx It Solutions, it was like teamwork. It never felt like I had hired a service provider. This is probably because they follow agile processes. I used to get regular updates about every action and was asked about my feedback. Surprisingly, they never denied implementing my suggestions. In fact, there used to be a proper brainstorming session to finalize everything.

I approached them to get a website developed for my eCommerce store. Later on, when I saw their work, I trusted them with app development services also. The thing which I would choose to change here is I should have trusted them for app development from the first day. This would have reduced the overall time for the development of my eCommerce store website and app.
