I once had a problem receiving a refund but the owner recently contacted me and said he would resolve the problem. I am presently awaiting the refund. Wish me luck . it's now 2/15/2018 and I've still not received my refund. I've called several times to no avail. The customer rep.is actually very nice but unfortunately that does not resolve the issue. For some unknown reason the owner of this company does not resolve issues.

This is the worst tattoo company I have ever dealt with. The people at this place are very rude and it seems the only one that can do or answer any question is the owner who refuses to return your phone calls. Took almost a month to ever even get in touch with the owner and he was completely a jerk to deal with. Will never recommend this company to any fellow artist and will never use them again.
