Specialized Printed products went above and beyond for me and my company. We were in Fort Wayne for a convention and happened to have an issue with a Fedex not being able to print what we needed. I filled out a quote online, and got a call within minutes. John helped me over the phone and was extremely professional. I'm sorry to say that we had a ridiculous turnaround time, but absolutely needed these printed for the convention. John obliged, and worked me through everything that would be needed. The prints turned out absolutely gorgeous, and he was very much able to meet our deadline. This team is absolutely phenomenal, and so easy to work with. Thank you for going above and beyond for our printing.

Very disappointed with service. They did not write down order so, of course, did not deliver the correct items! Tried to blame the customer for the problem. Go someplace else if you want to be treated with good customer service and want what you order.
