Terrible customer service. Owner would not own up to a mistake that was made, nor correct it. I was hesitant in using their services because others had shared negative experiences with me, but I gave it a shot given their proximity to me. They overbook themselves and take their frustration out on their customers. Head down the road to Bernard's. Bernard's did the job that speciality initially promised me, but a week later told me(the day before they were suppose to deliver) it wasn't possible. It was possible and was completed by Bernard's in 24 hours! I rarely review anything,b this experience was so bad that I decided it was worth the time. Not intended to be an ad for Bernard's....just go anywhere but Speciality!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They helped us understand the proper trophy care since we weren't practicing it and fixed the damage for free for us. Great place.
