Overall Feedback:

Very unprofessional. Long response times, after the visit to my home they took almost a month to send a proposal for the upgrades and it was still incorrect with many key things which I discussed with the technician missing. They also tried to over sell me on everything. Everything I asked for, they tried to get me to buy the most expensive even though it wasn't what I necessarily needed for my apartment. Too often it felt like what I wanted wasn't being heard and I wasn't getting personalized attention even though the price they ask for definitely deserves VIP attention.
