I recently posted a review for Spectrum disappointed in my experience. Immediately I was contacted by the owner and we were able to work things out. John is very professional and you can tell he cares deeply about his business and it's customers. I value this above all when it comes to working with a company. Having a number to call and someone friendly to work with makes all the difference in the world. They clearly want to do the best job they can and have completely satisfied customers. We will be continuing our use of their services indefinitely. I want to thank John for the effort he put reaching out to me and rectifying the situation. It wasn't expected but was very refreshing. I now feel my small business matters and that means everything. Thank you!
