Feedback:

Marks customer service is worse than one would expect at Comcast especially if he is dealing with a small job or a woman. I was appalled at the way in which he spoke to the secretary/ I assume his wife. Then the way he treated my wife when our bill was triple what he had quoted. I will say he offered a full refund albeit after threatening to break the sign we had printed. Avoid this place like the plague there are other options in Lafayette.
