What was the best part of the experience?
I like that their senior executives stay involved with the account and I have access to them if I need them. It’s a very flat structure that gives us a lot of access to their team.
What would you change about the experience?
Honestly, they’ve exceeded all our expectations, so I can’t think of any aspect that needs improvement.

What was the best part of the experience?
The ability solve very complex problems and provide a clear roadmap on how we can better accomplish our business goals.
What would you change about the experience?
We did have a bit of a rough patch trying to make the new website a 1 for 1 match with the old in terms of functionality, especially since some of our valuable resources were buried deep into the website. Spenz Media did a great job of doing a deep dive of our previous website to determine how to organize and sort all of these resources on the new website
