Feedback:

Great

Feedback:

Made it a point to visit this sculpture after the 9/11 memorial and museum. This sculpture was always iconic to me of the former World Trade Center towers and 'old America'. Very surreal finally being able to see the sculpture in person, I had long assumed it destroyed having been between the two towers. Chilling more than anything else in the city... probably won't mean much to people who don't fully understand/appreciate it's story but still highly recommend a visit.

Feedback:

(Translated by Google) Located directly on the WTC. Very clear, but certainly nice in the summer.(Original)Direkt am WTC gelegen. Sehr übersichtlich, aber im Sommer sicherlich nett.

Feedback:

(Translated by Google) The Sphere (translated literally as: "the sphere") is a gigantic metal sculpture built by the German sculptor Fritz Koenig, currently located in Battery Park. However, initially it was in the center of the Austin Tobin Plaza, which in turn was the central area of the towers of the World Trade Center in Manhattan. After the attacks of September 11, 2001, its location was uncertain, since it had been dismantled from its base and although it was still intact, it was hidden by debris after the planes crashed into the skyscrapers and collapsed.(Original)The Sphere (traducido literalmente como: «la esfera») es una escultura gigantesca de metal construida por el escultor alemán Fritz Koenig, actualmente se encuentra ubicada en Battery Park.

(Translated by Google) Good place in memory of the two towers.(Original)Guter Platz als Gedenken an die zwei Türme.

Feedback:

(Translated by Google) Great experience! (Original) Skön upplevelse!

Feedback:

The space where the Sphere is located is relatively peaceful and clean. Not far from the WTC Memorial pool, but it's not easily visible to the visitors as the location is on an elevated space.

Placed well
