Make sure you read the fine print of what they actually offer when it comes to the add space they claim to provide included in the price, all of their add providers are free of charge to the dealer and you dont need spiders net to gain access to their service, also if you get a salesman telling you that they also post on premium add space they forget to point out that it is only if you already have packages with those paid services, signed up, sold me the world and the website was a nice add-on, because i was gonna get premium listings for practically nothing, when the website and the dashboard went live that is when i found out they are basically selling you a website for the price and all the classified add space they promise turns out to be free, so dealers if you have a salesman ringing you up saying they have RAC in the price dont believe them as they wont spend a penny of their money to get you premium add space, i was with them 3 days before i asked for a full refund and the website to be shut down, if you want a website and you dont have then sure i can see £162 as a reasonable price, but if your moving over from autotrader because they offered you this extensive network of different marketing platforms its all lies they only feed your car adds to free websites on basic packages which you can all do yourself without spending a penny, i have now switched to the motors.co.uk network who are in the car dealership market and not the website maker market as spiders net are a website maker first and really dont know what we car dealers want

Moving our business to Sidersnet a couple of years ago was a real breath of fresh air. Great team and always willing to help, no nonsense, no BS, just good customer focused service and an idiot proof portal. Highly recommended.

I definitely made the right decision choosing Spidersnet they certainly have delivered what they promised. There is no doubt that since moving to Spidersnet my web site hits have increased resulting in more enquiries. Another nice thing I have experienced is, they don’t just sell you a web site then forget about you, I have been receiving regular calls from their support team offering suggestions on how to improve my site to maximise its potential.
