I am very glad I chose Spiral Moon Media for editing my wedding highlight video! My self & my husband have tried few other editors before knocking on the door of Spiral moon media. After being unhappy with edits by previous editors, we decided to try Spiral Moon Media. Our wedding is an Indian wedding with 4 different events which requires a lot of time & expertise to string all the events together elegantly in 10 min highlight video. We approached Spiral Moon only after reading the 5 star reviews! Well, we were a little skeptical in the beginning and couldn't really trust the 5 star rating. But fortunate for us that we decided to give a try and yes we give a 5 star too! Among all the editors we had contacted, Dan from spiral moon was the fastest to respond within only coupe of hours. The response time and the detail reply itself is amazing. Dan responded to our query in detail and was very friendly to approach. He cleared all our queries and also helped us with suggestions. We were also given the option to be with the editor to give our suggestions while the editor worked on the video. This option worked out great for us as we were able to personally give all our inputs, preferences and suggestions. We could also contact the editor to add changes, or if we had any questions regarding the edit and the reply was quick usually. Initially the edit was done by Adam but later was handed over to Woo. Even though it was handed over, the transition was smooth and also the number of hours that were affected during the transition was taken care of in the end. The expertise of the editors is visible in the way the video has been edited. The clips were edited and arranged accordingly to highlight the entire event and to bring out its essence. The clips were also edited to sync with music, which I feel is an important part of the edit. The editors were very patient with us and gave importance to our requests and made them the top priority. Listening to client's requests is the most important part required to make a great edit. Our previous editors had used had hardly used our suggestions and used their preferences instead. This made the video very distant to us. But thanks to Spiral Moon Media editors who gave priority to our preferences. We did not have to struggle to make the editor understand our choice of how we wanted the video to be edited, As our preference was utmost important to the editors. The process was smooth and our editor Woo knew what exactly we were looking for! This made it easy for us to get the edit done according to our liking:). The edit made our event even more spectacular !! To our surprise, the pricing is reasonable too! we got a surprise quote and we couldn't be more happier!!!!!! These guys are very professional but also pleasantly friendly. If we had any other videos to be edited, we would definitely approach Spiral Moon.
