There is no room for growth. If Splash can get you in at a (ridiculously undermarket salary), there you will stay. The structure of the company has no growth, there is no ladder to climb. Simply sit and be worked to death until you are drained. Compensation is well under market value for the position and there are no benefits. There is no 401k, there is no health insurance. They say there is but the deductibles and premiums are so high, it is cheaper just to get an individual plan.Work/life Balance is horrible. Expectations are high and you are held responsible for every aspect of your client, while not being adequately trained or having enough resources to complete all tasks. Splash's motto is overwork until you cant anymore, and by then your self-esteem is derailed.Senior Management does not care about the employees. Whenever a new position opens, they get so many applicants, there is no motivation for retention. If you notice, most employees have not been there very long. Reason being, people look through Splash after working, cannot stand it any longer, and then leave. However when they leave, Splash is manipulative and cunning. They have served cease and desist letters, their non compete is outrageous.Why work for a company who cannot keep talent and inhibits talent?My advice: do not apply, do not accept offer, they overwork you, overload your plate with clients and have no sympathy. I am trying to find a new position soon, and when I resign, I will not sign the exit interview (which they use to keep their non-compete effective).
