Our business has used Spotlight Media from the beginning, and have been highly satisfied with the great work everyone at Spotlight does. There is not a month that goes by where someone doesn't tell me they like our ads in the various magazines, which is directly the work of Spotlight. Recently, we have adopted a "Spotlight Charity" campaign that provides an ad to local charities one per month for a full year, and the team at Spotlight works hard to make them look great! Thank you to everyone at Spotlight, keep up the great work for the FM area!

We wanted a new website and we gave spotlight a tight timeline and they were fantastic all the way through and even after followed up. Communication was spot on and the product turned out unbelievable. From our initial meeting with Neal to the design meeting with Nick, this company is for real. I am the Chief Marketing Officer for the Avalon Events Center and we had Mike and his amazing team design our newest website. We had original;y intended on having them update and fix the website we had but after our meeting we had no doubt having them build us a new site was the direction we had to go. Not only was there amazing design concept but they also created the content and optimized our every aspect imaginable. The turnaround time was head spinning. We were so happy with our end product. We highly suggest this amazing company for any content from print to digital.

I was first let known about this company approximately one month ago. I haven't spent a ton of time looking into specifics, but from a very general oversight I would say that they are far from hitting reasonable KPI's that a business would be looking for when it comes to online content and community engagement. To make myself very clear, I am specifically looking at and talking about their ability to provide value to advertising digitally. For background, I have one customer that I specifically targeted as needing to focus on Facebook first. I was able to do an initial campaign that got Facebook's coveted 10 out of 10 advertising rating. After we grew this businesses page, I cut off all advertising and this business does not even have to post anything anymore. They will regularly put on at least 20 people a day without any new content. If they put out new content it regularly gets a reach of 30,000+ people. Now, I have helped them start to transition to using Instagram as well. With absolutely no advertising they are organically growing with or without content put onto their Instagram account. The reason that I told this story is so that people can understand that it is easy to be good at advertising. You should always get conversions to a certain extent no matter what. If you ever have the opportunity to work with someone that can focus on your needs and what you are awesome at, your business will probably have growing pains. The problem with printed ads is that it is hard to track or quantify KPI's to any meaningful extent. All of this being said, I do believe that if they are able to learn how to make conversions on the internet and social media as a whole they could probably provide their customers with a far greater value proposition.
