My wife and I stopped in to price out kitchen cabinets. The greeting wasn't welcoming. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the women. After she heard our budget she immediately started telling us she was very busy and she wouldn't be able to get us a quote for 2 months and asking why we haven't taken our other quotes? Bare in mind we came with the sizes and quantities of cabinets we required and didn't need any designing done just pricing. We are very disappointed with the level of service we received.

The prices advertised tend to be higher than your big Home Depot, Lowe's or Menards, but the customer service and expertise is fenominal. We bought a chainsaw here and they tuned it in for us on the spot. We'll be coming here a lot more frequently.
