The team at Springboard takes a holistic approach to developing a website and presence. They took the time to get to know our company and recommend relevant tactics and strategies. We appreciate the expertise and attention; they were a great fit for our B2B market research firm.My only resistance is to ongoing support as small bugs and requests happen on the site. We'd love to get a little more attention to follow up - even if it does cost more/less/differently, our ongoing requests have a hard time earning a sticker price and keep us from moving forward sometimes. Otherwise great people, talented team, and good websites produced!
