If I could leave negative stars I would. We lived at Wynnewood South for almost three years and always had issues. The garbage disposal was constantly quitting. Our air conditioner was always going out too. You can only report maintenance issues ONLINE, they will not accept an over the phone maintenance request. The ladies in the office are very rude and unprofessional. They also recently upped the pet fee to $300 plus a $15 pet rent a month. They will over charge for everything and are just a very shady company. They claim the owner is out of state and they will not give their number or any information. If this is your business I hope you can start over and fire the witches in the office. They are tanking your company!
