Feedback:

I am urging the public to stay away from this store. The owner, Diana Enciso, is manipulating older people who don't know what they're doing and are very vulnerable to dementia. She uses their paranoia to get them to purchase items at a markup so high it would make your head spin. Unfortunately I was in a tight situation where I needed the item for this Saturday. I couldn't wait for the shipping it would take to buy an earpiece so I reluctantly came to her shop to purchase one at the crazy markup. Went in and saw the item she was selling for $250, assumed that it was a better quality as she didn't allow me to test in store and promised a warrenty from the manufacturer.Upon arriving home, I open the poorly put together package, and notice the quality is so poor that it looks like garbage. I go online and find the exact same earpiece on eBay, sent from Hong Kong, for $18. Ridiculous, not to mention, they gave me the incorrect battery which upon being inserted destroyed the cheap plastic. Rendering it useless, now I don't have the product that I desperately needed AND I'm out $300. Now fortunately the lawyer my business hires has already contacted the credit card and Better Business Bureau as well as Shopify in order to lodge complaints against this shady, scammer business.I will be informing as many people as possible to avoid this place and make sure their parents aren't falling prey to these types of people. My husband went in for the refund and when she refused, he helped an older gentleman and showed him the exact product he was about to spend $700 for, on sale on eBay for $70. When she heard this she started getting hysterical, crying and contacted the police to make my husband leave so she could finish scamming the older gentleman in peace. He ended up leaving without paying $700 for a cheap piece of plastic that would've ended up in the trash in a few months anyways. But I will continue to make sure that more older folk and their children learn about this shady business and how they take advantage of them and their parents.A message to the owner, I was there in the parking lot with my daughter in the car, and my husband did nothing but let the poor old man know he was getting robbed. You don't sell quality items, you scam people that are desperate and paranoid. Don't backtrack now, oh and these reviews are fake... 5 stars? Please, if anyone that shopped here knew how to use the internet they'd never spend your ridiculous prices for cheap Chinese products.
