I went to this business yesterday One Design looking for service and was greeted by them when walking in the door saying you must be looking for referring me to another business in the building not a hello my I help you. I said this is One Design? Everyone looked at each other waiting for the other person to say something. Then this Lisa Dingman on the card below comes over and I asked id someone could assist me and they all looked at each other again and then Lisa said we don't do walk-ins. So I thinking she going ask me to schedule an appointment. No she just looks at so I asked her for a business card which is the one listed below. I will NOT BE RETURNING! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
