I own an email marketing firm and we get asked occasionally if we know any good web design firms. Up until a few years ago I would say - not really. It seemed that everyone I knew that was talented was flaky, and the people that did show up were not creative enough, and anyone I knew that was both was unaffordable. Squawk Dog does a great job in providing a professional web site and is actually around to make changes when you need them. The clients I have referred have been quite happy.
