Client Review on Squeeze Media

Feedback:

I was hired on at Squeeze on April 11th and I enjoyed the atmosphere and people at first! I was also really looking forward to working there. Unfortunately I had some personal family issues, like my sister having surgery and my grandfather passing away. Their attendance policy is understandable but to enforce it on someone who just sufford a loss in their family is absolutely ridiculous. I always kept in touch with my team lead as much as possible and tried to communicate with her days that I needed off and she would say she had to report to her upper manager about my time off requests and would get back to me but never did. Half the time she was never even there for my shift, which led me to having to text her. Her responses were always misleading. At one point she even texted me telling me she doesn't recall conversations we have had, which led to horrible communication. This company was horrible to work with and had no compassion or sympathy for what I am going through. Even after I provided proof of the death in my family they showed no care to work with me or allow me to show my true potential and make up the time. After attending my grandfathers funeral, I came in for my shift under the impression we were going to talk and figure out what needed to be done to move forward but I actually ended up being fired. Who does that to someone? I would not recommend this company to anyone!
