Essentially theyre short, entertaining animated online videos that explain a product or service. There are no hard and fast rules around explainer videos, but they tend to feature illustrated graphics/characters, a voiceover, and maybe some music or sound effects. Overall Feedback:

Squideo is an excellent company and very easy to work with. Jade and Callum handled my video production and they were great from beginning to end. Jade listened very well and was able to create an impressive first draft from just one initial conversation on the phone, then Callum translated her instructions into a very nice video. They were also very accommodating with making the initial edits and understood exactly what I needed changed. Squideo will be my video production company for life!
