Feedback:

Not a good solution for my business. I started with Social media management. Everything seemed great a first until I looked into the type of marketing that was being performed. Most of my links were sent to competitor companies.. This was a red flag for me. They however corrected it and offered me a month of services for free to make it up. This actually did make it up and I would have kept them. Until I found out that I have not been getting my daily posts and my instagram haded gotten posted for over 3 weeks....This is not Okay... I've called multiple times and have left a voicemail, yet I am still waiting for a call back.Social media is so simple to manage, I feel that if you can mess up social media, then SEO, PPC and other aspects would be alot more difficult for them to manage.I'm giving them a 3 star instead of a 1 star simply because I know how difficult it is to run companies... They gave me that credit and that is the one and only thing that makes me feel Ok.The content they did perform was great. I just assume they're a start up marketing company without quite the knowledge.
