They have had our wedding invitations to address for over three weeks now. I called last week for an update but the lady who was in charge of our invitations was out of town. The man who I spoke to said he didn't know anything about my order and was not sure when they would be ready. He said the woman in charge was on vacation. I asked him to please give her a call, even though she is on vacation, and to please give me an estimated time of when we could pick up. I never heard back from them. Today marks three weeks-My fiance called this afternoon... they said they did not have our order and did not know what order he was referring to. After talking to them for ten minutes, they finally found our invitations and said they will have them addressed by this week. I am nervous with my invitations being in these folks hands and will report back if we have any luck. I am anticipating not receiving our invitations back and having to re order and find another place to address. Our RSVP date is coming up soon.UPDATE: After posting this review, the owner contacted us, and printed our addresses/invitation envelopes immediately. We received the envelopes for the addresses yesterday. Several of the addresses were misspelled and labeled incorrectly. At the moment my mother has had to hand write several addresses out. Would not recommending using this company.
