What was the best part of the experience?

Deep and Ravi made us feel comfortable throughout the entire development process. They provided a constant flow of communication to check in and verify requirements, gave consistent updates on progress, suggested alternative designs/functionality that benefitted our project because they took the time to fully understand our requirements and get to know us as individuals so they were just as close to the product as we were! They met every timeline outlined in our scope of work, they provided an end result that was greater than we had even originally envisioned in our minds, and they have been checking in with us periodically post go-live to assure that all is well and even offered continuing support should we need it.

What would you change about the experience?

Sometimes they were unavailable during US EST afternoon business hours, but were still very accommodating to meet in mornings my time!
