Client Review on Starvin Artist Graphic Design

My name is Allan Tucker I'm a 24 year old entrepuner. I had this crazy idea to recreate this Bear but make a koala I handed Anthony the owner of starving artist these designs of the bear to make it very very simple to complete the task with visuals he did 1 design of the 10 I needed which had me willing to work with him and paying 1k for the designs then he sent a 2nd design which u see here the cheap looking koala whos arm is falling off. which made me stop the project to make sure we on the same page I wanted it clean cut like the bear. he sent me another design which I didn't ask for he just said he will fix my concerns it was copy and paste job and paint over Photoshop job level 1 experienced job he took the bear and just laid stuff over top of him I wanted a new design original design MY OWN PERSONAL design which i said 10 times weeks passing he can't deliver me what I'm paying 1000 dollars for! I allowed someone else to take a shot THEY NAILED THE DESIGN PERFECT even got it to me the same day ready to go! FOR HALF THE PRICE here I've been waiting weeks for work someone else does a better job original design no copy and paste work and got it to me QUICKLY! I was so mad about this I wanted a refund! he only agrees to refund half the money! of 1000k BEFORE U PAY FOR A JOB READ POLICIES SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU he kept telling me to read them which its hard to find doesn't show on the invoice unless u go to his website where its safely hidden... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND U SEND A JOB OF COMPLEX!!! simple stuff like business cards flyers but DETAIL WORK you will be VERY UPSET! I lost 500 dollars for crapy work I can't use nor do I need ! he said it doesn't matter if u like the work or not! it doesn't matter if the work is useful to u or not u will pay him for his time even if u as a customer is not pleased! with his work his words out his mouth... I hired em based on these reviews from here which don't add up to my experience. He replied sounding very caring when that's not the truth he didn't say the customer is always right nor did he refund me anywhere near to what I should have got he refund 500 of 1000 dollars. point blank I should had been refunded 850 dollars I only accepted 1 design.
