Great atmosphere, trustworthy and knowledgeable staff. Bill, Chuck, Mike and Ron are great guys and are always willing to answer your questions and give their input. They have good deals and have always gone above and beyond what any other stores are willing to do for you. Bottom line is, I do all my business with them now and I refer all my friends and family to them as well.

Please do listen to other buyer. They low ball you, make offers then change their mind. Also they should stand behind their products. It was obviously defective crap. You must know the workers or something. I sold a language software for 10 bucks like I got a great deal. They will make hundreds on it and I just sold it to get in the door in my eyes. Called to sell silver, totally ripped me off on a quote as I had it appraised. And on my tv they offered a quote then went back on it even though they'd never seen it. Last time I checked a quote is a quote. It's not a firm offer but at least it gives me an idea if I should waste a trip or not. AZ is way better although it is in a shady area. At least they're upfront though. I got an offer for my tv within a minute to my satisfaction.
