This was my second visit to THE STAUNTON COMPUTER REPAIR and I am completely satisfied with both sessions. The second time I was there for about a half hour and they would not even charge me even though I offered to pay. They were also very understanding about my concerns and need for privacy. This is exactly the kind of place you want to go for help with any computer problems, large or small. Knowledgeable, Honest, and trustworthy people. I highly recommend Staunton Computer Repair. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I'm so happy I found these guys! I lost all my files on 2 External hard drives and was so scared that I would not be able to get them fixed. But Staunton Computer Repair really stepped up to the plate for me!Not only did they retrieve all my files on a 3TB hard drive but also on the one that had about 500 GBs of info. The price was very reasonable.The guys are so courteous and helpful in explaining what may or may be possible to get all my files back. And they did it in a very timely matter.If you need an excellent computer repair shop, then you should go here!!Joyce Swaim

Outstanding service. My daughter is at Mary Baldwin College and had broken her screen (again). I was looking for the best price for her (since she was paying for it!) but also wanted a good job done. Ialso wanted to find a place locally she could use that might also be good for general computer repair too. I called ahead (a good idea, btw) to see if they had the screen in stock for her phone and he did. He did the work in one hour, no problem, just like the "mall iphone repair" shops do--however, he noted several things about her broken screen (which had been replaced 2 months previously). That old screen, done by one of those kiosk repair shops in the mall, used an extremely cheap screen that had discoloration to it, as well as other problems. His screens come from an Apple authorized supplier, but they cost a lot more. Also, the guy who did the repair previously had left out about 5 different little parts that were not 100% essential but would eventually affect the use of the phone. In other words, that guy did substandard work (big surprise). Staunton Computer Repair replaced all those missing little pieces at no charge. He also gave my daughter a $10 discount for being an MBC student! Needless to say, this little shop seriously deserves your business. They're honest, straightforward and do great work. Yes, the total cost was more than it would have been at the mall ($150 vs. $90), but in the end, completely worth it.

The staff was very friendly and even went out of their way to help me out. I was in and out with a fixed computer in less than two business days. I really appreciated all the hard work they put in.Oh, and my computer works great. Give these guys your business.

This place is amazing!! They fixed the screen on my iphone and ipad along with added memory to my Dell laptop! Scott and Perry are the best team ever. I highly recommend Staunton Computer Repair's services.
