Overall Feedback:
Such a disappointing experience with this company. I organised for them to come and film my dance school show on 1st July 2019. All of the communication beforehand was great, and they came on the day and filmed both of our shows, and were really friendly and seemed like lovely guys. They told me that they would have the first edit with me within 7 days...15 days later, and I hadn't received anything. Around a week later, they sent me a link to the first edit, which only had 11 minutes of my show. Another week later, I received the full copy, to which I sent them my edits and asked them to go ahead with burning my DVD's. A few weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything, so emailed and asked if they needed anything for the artwork for the DVD cases, they said no, and that they would email it to me later that evening before getting the DVD's burnt, artwork printed, and all delivered to me. That was on 29th August, and I have heard absolutely nothing from them since. I have emailed countless times, just asking if they were even going to finish my order or not so I could let the parents know, and they haven't responded to a single email. My show was 2 and a half months ago, and I have no DVD's to sell to my dance school parents, which is a cherished memory for them and their children. I am so disappointed as it was all going so well to start with, but their customer service and delivery of product has really let them down. Safe to say, I won't be using them for next years show.
