Very disappointed with the results, level of service and professionalism of this organization. Our company paid them several thousand dollars over the course of approximately 6 months and there was a period of about 45 days where our website had ZERO traffic! Our company and website was already fairly well established and we agreed to work with Stellar in the hopes that they could improve upon the foundation we had already established. It took the highly trained professionals at Stellar more than a month to notify us we had lost many key rankings and their response was..." you're still doing well, but not as well as you have been...you had some drops for everything this month" little did we know our website no traffic and was dead for nearly 45 days! Rather than take ownership of any possible failure on their part they proceeded to point the finger at everyone else. Needless to say we cut ties with this company immediately after getting the run around from Dan York for a few weeks. We would NOT recommend their services to anyone ever! Buyer beware....
